Hell everyone.  Can you feel the end of the year coming?  Every year around this time it feels like excitement is starting to build up and the momentum of life picks up into frenzy until the first of the year is reached.  Well I may be a little early talking about the end of the year but I think it is never a bad thing to start looking forward and making a plan for the coming year.  I mean look what happened to everyone this year alone!  The stock markets flew to the floor, gas prices rose to the ceiling, panic was almost in the streets, and losing money has become normal.  You do know that, for everyone I know, losing money is not acceptable right?  Even though the national market went through a tough time towards the end of the year this year, the future is looking brighter for real estate investors every day.  Try giving the show a listen and call in tomorrow people, let me tell you why ending the year in a loss is not the thing to be paying attention to right now.

 

Hey everyone!  Did you see anything in that fog this morning?  I didn’t either.  Bah!  What a bunch of crummy weather for the most part we had today!  It doesn’t make a difference though because the sky is clearing up and just in time for our Monthly Case Study tonight.  Have any of you heard about this wonderful event?  Every single month we open our doors wide and invite everyone in to see what is going on with our company!  You know what else is awesome?  This is going to be the LAST Case Study of the year 2008!  That’s right, not only is it Christmas themed but we are pulling out all the stops on top of everything and it is shaping up to be an excellent night.  Don’t let the fact that I’m not talking about the show dissuade you from listening to it.  A couple came into the studio today and gave us a taste of what is come tonight by telling us how they have been investing and making over 100 thousand dollars of equity capture in the six months they have been memebers!  Hope to see you all tonight and if you are planning to come don’t forget to bring an a toy for the children of “Toys for Tots”!

 

It might have been the drive from our live remote on CNN650 back to the office just in time to jump on the radio or it might be the accumulation of everything I have been hearing on the news and in the papers.  The fact was that I got a little riled up in the first segment of the show.  I know it always sets people back a bit when I get like that but when I do have something to say it is usually when I can not be quiet any longer.  So; if you missed the tirade I think you might want to go back and check it out.  If you were there for it and got scared away I hope you come back tomorrow!  If you called in anyway and challenged me then good for you because that means you are on the road you wish to be and are traveling at your own pace.  Listen in to the show folks and lets talk again tommorrow!
